١٥٤٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، «أَنَّ عُتْبَةَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَ لِأَخِيهِ سَعْدٍ: إِذَا قَدِمْتَ مَكَّةَ، فَاقْبِضِ ابْنَ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ، فَإِنَّهُ مِنِّي، فَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْفَتْحِ، جَاءَ سَعْدٌ إِلَيْهِ، فَجَاءَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ فَأَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ، فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: ابْنُ أَخِي! عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ أَنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ: أَخِي مِنْ جَارِيَةِ أَبِي، وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ، قَالَ: فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّ أَخِي عَهِدَ إِلَيَّ إِذَا قَدِمْتُ مَكَّةَ أَنْ أَقْبِضَ ابْنَ أَمَةِ زَمْعَةَ، فَإِنَّهُ ابْنُهُ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ بْنُ زَمْعَةَ: ابْنُ أَمَةِ أَبِي، مِنْ جَارِيَةِ أَبِي، وُلِدَ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هُوَ لَكَ يَا عَبْدُ، الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ، وَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ بِنْتَ زَمْعَةَ لِمَا رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ شَبَهِهِ بِعُتْبَةَ، فَمَا رَآهَا حَتَّى لَقِيَ اللهَ».
#1547 1547 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from 'Aishah, "that 'Utbah bin Abi Waqqas said to his brother Sa'd: 'When you arrive in Makkah, take possession of the son of the slave-girl of Zam'ah, for he is mine.' When the day of the Conquest came, Sa'd went to him, and 'Abd bin Zam'ah came and took him by his hand. Sa'd said: 'He is my nephew! My brother covenanted to me that he is his son.' 'Abd bin Zam'ah said: 'He is my brother, the son of my father's slave-girl, born on his bed.' They took their dispute to the Messenger of Allah (saw). Sa'd said: 'O Messenger of Allah, my brother covenanted to me that when I arrive in Makkah I should take possession of the son of the slave-girl of Zam'ah, for he is his son.' 'Abd bin Zam'ah said: 'He is the son of my father's slave-girl, from my father's slave-girl, born on his bed.' The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'He is for you, O 'Abd. The child belongs to the bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. And observe Hijab from him, O Sawdah bint Zam'ah,' because of the resemblance the Messenger of Allah (saw) saw in him to 'Utbah. So he did not see her until he met Allah."

1547 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga Ez-Zuhriu, nga Urve, nga Aisheja, «se Utbe bin Ebi Vakkasi i kishte thënë vëllait të tij, Sa'dit: 'Kur të hysh në Mekë, merre djalin e robëreshës së Zem'ah, sepse ai është imi.' Kur erdhi dita e Çlirimit (të Mekës), Sa'di shkoi tek ai, ndërsa erdhi edhe Abd bin Zem'ah dhe e mori për dore. Sa'di tha: 'Është djali i vëllait tim! Ai më ka lënë amanet se është djali i tij.' Abd bin Zem'ah tha: 'Është vëllai im, prej robëreshës së babait tim, i lindur në shtratin e tij.'

Atëherë ata u grindën te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.). Sa'di tha: 'O i Dërguari i Allahut, vëllai im më ka lënë amanet që kur të hyja në Mekë ta merrja djalin e robëreshës së Zem'ah, sepse ai është djali i tij.' Abd bin Zem'ah tha: 'Është djali i robëreshës së babait tim, nga robëresha e babait tim, i lindur në shtratin e tij.'

Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: 'Ai të takon ty, o Abd! Fëmija i takon shtratit (ku ka lindur), ndërsa për lavirin është guri. Dhe mbulohu prej tij, o Sevde bint Zem'ah', për shkak se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) pa ngjashmërinë e tij me Utben. Ai nuk e pa atë (Sevden) derisa u takua me Allahun.»
