١٥٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَّانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ فِي مَجْلِسٍ فِيهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَأَرْسَلُوا إِلَى عَائِشَةَ : مَتَى تَقْضِي الْحَامِلُ عِدَّتَهَا؟ فَقَالَتْ: تُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُ سُبَيْعَةَ ابْنَةِ الْحَارِثِ، وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَوَضَعَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاتِهِ بِثَلَاثٍ، فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَزَوَّجَ».
#1591 1591 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Salih bin Abi Hassan, from Abu Salamah bin 'Abd al-Rahman, who said: "I was in a gathering in which Ibn 'Abbas and Abu Hurayrah were present, and they sent someone to 'Aishah to ask: When does a pregnant woman complete her waiting period ('iddah)? She said: The husband of Subay'ah bint al-Harith died while she was pregnant, and she gave birth three days after his death. She then came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) and he commanded her to marry."

1591 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga Salih bin Ebi Hassani, nga Ebu Seleme bin Abdurrahmani, i cili ka thënë: «Isha në një mexhlis ku ishin Ibn Abbasi dhe Ebu Hurejra, dhe ata dërguan dikë te Aisha (r.a.) për ta pyetur: Kur e përfundon idetin (kohën e pritjes) gruaja shtatzënë? Ajo tha: Bashkëshorti i Subej'a bint el-Harithit vdiq ndërkohë që ajo ishte shtatzënë, dhe ajo lindi tre ditë pas vdekjes së tij. Pastaj ajo erdhi te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) dhe ai e urdhëroi atë që të martohej».
