- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ
الْيَشْكُرِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ سَرْجٍ ، مِنْ عَبْدِ
الْقَيْسِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حِطَّانَ ، قَالَ: «سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ
تَقُولُ، وَذُكِرَ عِنْدَهَا الْقُضَاةُ، فَقَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ
اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: يُؤْتَى بِالْقَاضِي الْعَدْلِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ،
فَيَلْقَى مِنْ شِدَّةِ الْحِسَابِ مَا يَتَمَنَّى أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَقْضِ
بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ فِي تَمْرَةٍ قَطُّ».

- Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Umar ibn al-Ala' al-Yashkuri narrated to us, he said: Salih ibn Sarj, of Abd al-Qays, narrated to me, from Imran ibn Hittan, who said: "I heard Aisha saying, when judges were mentioned in her presence, she said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) saying: 'The just judge will be brought on the Day of Resurrection, and he will encounter such severity in the reckoning that he will wish he had never judged between two people even over a single date.'"
1650 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Omer bin el-Ala el-Jeshkuri, ka thënë: Më ka treguar Salih bin Serxh, nga Abd el-Kajs, nga Imran bin Hittan, i cili ka thënë: «E kam dëgjuar Aishen duke thënë, kur u përmendën gjykatësit tek ajo, se ajo ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë: Gjykatësi i drejtë do të sillet në Ditën e Kiametit dhe do të përballet me një llogari aq të rreptë, saqë do të dëshirojë të mos kishte gjykuar kurrë mes dy njerëzve as për një hurmë të vetme».
