١٧١١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، أَخِي أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا، ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيَصُومُ» قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: فَرَدَّ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فُتْيَاهُ.

Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from 'Amir ibn Abi Umayyah, the brother of Umm Salamah, from Umm Salamah, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to wake up in the morning in a state of Janaba, then he would perform Ghusl and fast.

Sa'id said: So Abu Hurayrah retracted his legal opinion.

1711 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Katade, nga Seid b. el-Musejjib, nga Amir b. Ebi Umejje, vëllai i Umm Selemes, nga Umm Seleme, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) «gdhihej xhunub, pastaj lahej dhe agjëronte».

Seidi ka thënë: Ebu Hurejre e tërhoqi fetvanë e tij.
