١٧٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ أُمَيْمَةَ بِنْتِ رُقَيْقَةَ ، قَالَتْ: «كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ بَايَعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَأَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا أَنْ لَا نَسْرِقَ، الْآيَةَ كُلَّهَا، فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، بَايِعْنَا، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي لَا أُصَافِحُ النِّسَاءَ، وَقَوْلِي لِامْرَأَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ كَقَوْلِي لِمِائَةِ امْرَأَةٍ».

Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Warqa' bin 'Umar al-Yashkuri narrated to us, he said: Muhammad bin al-Munkadir narrated to us, from Umaymah bint Ruqayqah, she said:

"I was among those who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (pbuh), and he took from us the pledge that we would not steal, [reciting] the entire verse. We said: 'O Messenger of Allah, take our pledge [by hand].' He said: 'I do not shake hands with women. My word to one woman is like my word to a hundred women.'"

1726 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Verka bin Omer el-Jeshkuri, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Muhamed bin el-Munkediri, nga Umejme bint Rukajka, e cila ka thënë:
«Isha në mesin e atyre që i dhanë besën Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.), dhe ai mori zotimin tonë që të mos vjedhim, e kështu me radhë të gjithë ajetin. Ne i thamë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, na jep besën (duke na shtrënguar dorën), e ai tha: Unë nuk ua shtrëngoj dorën grave. Fjala ime për një grua është si fjala ime për njëqind gra».
