Hadith #1776 - Musnad al-Tayalisi

١٧٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، قَالَ: «قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ: أَيَّ حِينٍ تُوتِرُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ؟ قَالَ: أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ بَعْدَ الْعَتَمَةِ، وَقَالَ لِعُمَرَ: أَيَّ حِينٍ تُوتِرُ؟ قَالَ: آخِرَ اللَّيْلِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ: أَخَذْتَ بِالْوُثْقَى وَقَالَ لِعُمَرَ أَخَذْتَ بِالْقُوَّةِ».

#1776 1776 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Za'idah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqil, from Jabir bin 'Abdullah, who said:

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) said to Abu Bakr: 'At what time of the night do you perform the Witr?' He said: 'At the beginning of the night after the 'Atamah.' And he said to 'Umar: 'At what time do you perform the Witr?' He said: 'At the end of the night.' So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said to Abu Bakr: 'You have taken the firmest path,' and he said to 'Umar: 'You have taken the path of strength.'"

1776 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zaideja, nga Abdullah bin Muhamed bin Akili, nga Xhabir bin Abdullahu, i cili ka thënë: «I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha Ebu Bekrit: Në cilën kohë të natës e fal vitrin? Ai tha: Në fillim të natës, pas namazit të jacisë. Ndërsa Omerit i tha: Në cilën kohë e fal vitrin? Ai tha: Në fund të natës. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) i tha Ebu Bekrit: Ti ke zgjedhur atë që është më e sigurt, ndërsa Omerit i tha: Ti ke zgjedhur forcën».
