١٨٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَسَنٍ ، يَقُولُ: «لَمَّا قَدِمَ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ كَانَ يُؤَخِّرُ الصَّلَاةَ، فَسَأَلْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ، فَقَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ بِالْهَجِيرِ، أَوْ حِينَ تَزُولُ الشَّمْسُ، وَيُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ، وَيُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ حِينَ تَغْرُبُ الشَّمْسُ، وَيُصَلِّي الْعِشَاءَ، يُؤَخِّرُ أَحْيَانًا، وَيُعَجِّلُ أَحْيَانًا، إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ النَّاسُ عَجَّلَ، وَإِذَا تَأَخَّرُوا أَخَّرَ، وَكَانَ يُصَلِّي الصُّبْحَ بِغَلَسٍ أَوْ قَالَ: كَانُوا يُصَلُّونَهَا بِغَلَسٍ».
قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : هَكَذَا قَالَ شُعْبَةُ.
#1828 1828 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sa'd bin Ibrahim, he said: I heard Muhammad bin 'Amr bin Hasan saying: "When al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf arrived, he used to delay the prayer. So we asked Jabir bin 'Abdullah about the time of prayer, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to pray Dhuhr in the midday heat, or when the sun declined, and he would pray 'Asr while the sun was still high, and he would pray Maghrib when the sun set, and he would pray 'Isha', sometimes delaying it and sometimes hastening it; if the people had gathered, he hastened it, and if they were late, he delayed it. And he used to pray Subh (Fajr) in the darkness of the end of the night," or he said: "They used to pray it in the darkness of the end of the night."
Abu Dawud said: This is how Shu'bah said it.

1828 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Sa'd bin Ibrahimi, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Muhamed bin Amër bin Hasanin duke thënë: «Kur erdhi El-Haxhaxh bin Jusufi, ai e vononte namazin. Ne e pyetëm Xhabir bin Abdullahun rreth kohës së namazit, e ai tha: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e falte drekën në vapë, ose kur dielli fillonte të anonte (nga zeniti), e falte ikindinë kur dielli ishte ende lart, e falte akshamin kur perëndonte dielli, ndërsa jacinë herë e vononte e herë e shpejtonte; nëse njerëzit mblidheshin, ai e shpejtonte, e nëse vonoheshin, ai e vononte. Ndërsa sabahun e falte në errësirën e fundit të natës (gales)», ose tha: «e falnin atë në errësirën e fundit të natës».
Ebu Davudi ka thënë: Kështu ka thënë Shu'be.
