١٨٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا أَصَابَهُ الْكَرْبُ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ، أَلْقَى رِدَاءَهُ، وَقَامَ مُتَجَرِّدًا، وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَدًّا، وَدَعَا وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ قَالَ: ثُمَّ أَتَانَا، فَفَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَصَلَّى».
#1878 1878 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from a man from Banu Salama, from Jabir, "that when the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was afflicted with distress on the Day of al-Ahzab (the Confederates), he threw off his cloak, stood up stripped, and raised his hands high in supplication, and he supplicated and did not pray. He said: Then he came to us, and he did the same and prayed."

1878 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga një burrë prej fisit Beni Seleme, nga Xhabiri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.), kur e goditi vështirësia në ditën e Ahzabit, e hoqi rrobën e tij të sipërme, u ngrit i zhveshur, i ngriti duart lart duke i shtrirë dhe u lut, por nuk u fal.

Tha: Pastaj erdhi tek ne, bëri të njëjtën gjë dhe u fal.
