- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ،
عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ
رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ، فَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطِ
الْمُشْتَرِي الثَّمَرَةَ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ
مَالٌ فَلَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ مَالَهُ، فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ».

1914 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "Whoever sells palm trees that have been pollinated, and the buyer does not stipulate the fruit, then he has nothing. And whoever sells a slave who has property, and he does not stipulate his property, then he has nothing."
1914 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Salimi, nga Ibn Omeri, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.): «Kush shet palma hurme që janë plonuar, e blerësi nuk e ka kushtëzuar frutin, atëherë ai nuk i takon atij. Dhe kush shet një rob që ka pasuri, e nuk e ka kushtëzuar pasurinë e tij, atëherë ajo nuk i takon atij.»
