١٩٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ فَلَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْعُهُمَا بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ».
#1971 1971 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Rabi' narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Every two parties in a transaction have no final sale between them until they separate, unless their sale is a sale of option (Khiyar).'

1971 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Er-Rebi'u, nga Nafi'u, nga Ibn Omeri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: «Për çdo dy shitblerës, nuk ka shitje mes tyre derisa të ndahen, përveç nëse shitblerja e tyre është shitje me zgjedhje.»
