- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ
سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: «كُنْتُ أَبِيعُ
الْإِبِلَ بِالْبَقِيعِ، فَأَبِيعُ بِالدَّنَانِيرِ وَآخُذُ الدَّرَاهِمَ،
وَأَبِيعُ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَآخُذُ الدَّنَانِيرَ، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ
ﷺ وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بَيْتَ حَفْصَةَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ
اللهِ، إِنِّي أَبِيعُ الْإِبِلَ بِالْبَقِيعِ، فَأَبِيعُ بِالدَّنَانِيرِ
وَآخُذُ الدَّرَاهِمَ، وَأَبِيعُ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَآخُذُ الدَّنَانِيرَ،
فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَهَا بِسِعْرِ يَوْمِهَا،
مَا لَمْ تَتَفَرَّقَا وَبَيْنَكُمَا شَيْءٌ».

1980 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Simak bin Harb, from Sa'id bin Jubayr, from Ibn 'Umar who said: "I used to sell camels at al-Baqi', so I would sell for dinars and take dirhams, and I would sell for dirhams and take dinars. So I came to the Messenger of Allah (saw) while he was intending to enter the house of Hafsah, and I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I sell camels at al-Baqi', so I sell for dinars and take dirhams, and I sell for dirhams and take dinars.' So the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: 'There is no harm in taking them at the day's price, as long as you do not separate while there is something remaining between you.'"
1980 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Seleme, nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Seid bin Xhubejri, nga Ibn Umeri, i cili ka thënë: «Unë shisja deve në el-Baki', shisja me dinarë dhe merrja dërhemë, dhe shisja me dërhemë e merrja dinarë. Shkova te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kur ai po dëshironte të hynte në shtëpinë e Hafsas, dhe i thashë: O i Dërguari i Allahut, unë shes deve në el-Baki', shes me dinarë dhe marr dërhemë, dhe shes me dërhemë e marr dinarë. Atëherë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) tha: Nuk ka problem t'i marrësh ato me çmimin e asaj dite, përderisa nuk ndaheni duke pasur diçka (borxh) mes jush».
