- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ
اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ: «كُنَّا إِذَا
بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ يُلَقِّنُنَا:
فِيمَا اسْتَطَعْتَ».

1992 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah bin Dinar, who heard Ibn 'Umar saying: "When we used to pledge allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) to listen and obey, he would prompt us: 'In what you are able to.'"
1992 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Abdullah bin Dinari, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ibn Omerin duke thënë: «Kur i jepnim besën të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) për dëgjim dhe bindje, ai na udhëzonte: "Për aq sa keni mundësi"».
