٢٠١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ عَادَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ عَادَ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ، لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً، فَإِنْ تَابَ لَمْ يَتُبِ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ يَسْقِيَهُ مِنْ طِينَةِ الْخَبَالِ» قِيلَ: يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَمَا طِينَةُ الْخَبَالِ؟ قَالَ: صَدِيدُ أَهْلِ النَّارِ.
#2013 2013 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, from 'Ata' bin al-Sa'ib, from 'Abdullah bin 'Ubayd bin 'Umayr, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying:

"Whoever drinks wine, no prayer will be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns to it, no prayer will be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns to it, no prayer will be accepted from him for forty nights. If he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he returns to it a fourth time, no prayer will be accepted from him for forty nights, and if he repents, Allah will not accept his repentance, and it will be a right upon Allah to make him drink from the mud of madness (tinat al-khabal)."

It was said: O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman, what is the mud of madness? He said: The discharge (pus) of the people of the Fire.

2013 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hemami, nga Ata bin es-Saibi, nga Abdullah bin Ubejd bin Umejri, nga babai i tij, nga Ibn Umeri, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të Dërguarin e Allahut (s.a.v.s.) duke thënë:
«Kujt i cili pi alkool, nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net. Nëse pendohet, Allahu ia pranon pendimin. Nëse kthehet (përsëri), nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net. Nëse pendohet, Allahu ia pranon pendimin. Nëse kthehet (përsëri), nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net. Nëse pendohet, Allahu ia pranon pendimin. Nëse kthehet për herë të katërt, nuk i pranohet namazi për dyzet net, e nëse pendohet, Allahu nuk ia pranon pendimin dhe është e drejtë e Allahut që ta bëjë atë të pijë nga 'tinatul-habal'».
U pyet: O Ebu Abdurrahman, çfarë është 'tinatul-habal'? Ai tha: Qelbi i banorëve të Zjarrit.
