٢٠٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامٌ الطَّوِيلُ ، عَنْ زَيْدٍ الْعَمِّيِّ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ مَرَّةً مَرَّةً، وَقَالَ: هَذَا وَظِيفَةُ الْوُضُوءِ الَّذِي لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّلَاةُ إِلَّا بِهِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، وَقَالَ: هَذَا وُضُوءُ مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُضَاعَفَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا، وَقَالَ: هَذَا وُضُوئِي وَوُضُوءُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلِي».
#2036 2036 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sallam al-Tawil narrated to us, from Zayd al-'Ammi, from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah, from Ibn 'Umar, "that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) performed ablution once for each part, and said: 'This is the obligation of ablution, without which prayer is not valid.'
Then he performed ablution twice for each part, and said: 'This is the ablution of one who wants his reward to be doubled twice.'
Then he performed ablution three times for each part, and said: 'This is my ablution and the ablution of the Prophets before me.'"

2036 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Selam et-Tavili, nga Zejd el-Ammiu, nga Muavije b. Kurre, nga Ibn Umeri, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) mori abdest duke i larë gjymtyrët nga një herë dhe tha: "Ky është detyrimi i abdestit, pa të cilin nuk pranohet namazi." Pastaj mori abdest duke i larë gjymtyrët nga dy herë dhe tha: "Ky është abdesti i atij që dëshiron t'i dyfishohet shpërblimi." Pastaj mori abdest duke i larë gjymtyrët nga tri herë dhe tha: "Ky është abdesti im dhe abdesti i pejgamberëve para meje."
