- حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ:
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، قَالَ:
«قَالَ لِي مُحَارِبُ بْنُ دِثَارٍ : مَا كَانَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ
يَقُولُ فِي الْكَوْثَرِ؟ قُلْتُ: كَانَ سَعِيدٌ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ
عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: هُوَ الْخَيْرُ الْكَثِيرُ، قَالَ مُحَارِبٌ: أَيْنَ
يَقَعُ رَأْيُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ؟ قَالَ مُحَارِبٌ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ
بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ: لَمَّا أُنْزِلَتْ ﴿إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ﴾
قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هُوَ نَهَرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ، حَافَتَاهُ مِنْ
ذَهَبٍ، يَجْرِي عَلَى الدُّرِّ وَالْيَاقُوتِ، تُرْبَتُهُ أَطْيَبُ
رِيحًا مِنَ الْمِسْكِ، وَطَعْمُهُ أَحْلَى مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، وَمَاؤُهُ
أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ الثَّلْجِ».

2045 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib narrated to us, he said:
'Muharib ibn Dithar said to me: "What did Sa'id ibn Jubayr use to say regarding al-Kawthar?" I said: "Sa'id used to narrate from Ibn 'Abbas, saying: It is the abundant good." Muharib said: "Where does the opinion of Ibn 'Abbas stand?" Muharib said: "Abdullah ibn 'Umar narrated to us, saying: When {Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar} was revealed, the Messenger of Allah (saw) said to us: It is a river in Paradise, its banks are of gold, it flows over pearls and rubies, its soil is more fragrant than musk, its taste is sweeter than honey, and its water is whiter than snow."'
2045 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Avane, na ka treguar Ata bin es-Saib, i cili ka thënë:
«Më tha Muharib bin Dithar: Çfarë thoshte Seid bin Xhubejri për Keutherin? I thashë: Seidi tregonte nga Ibn Abbasi, i cili ka thënë: Ai është mirësia e shumtë. Muharibi tha: Ku qëndron mendimi i Ibn Abbasit? Muharibi tha: Na ka treguar Abdullah bin Umeri, i cili ka thënë: Kur u shpall ﴿إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ﴾ (Ne, vërtet, të dhamë ty Keutherin), Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) na tha: Ai është një lumë në Xhenet, anët e të cilit janë prej ari, rrjedh mbi margaritarë dhe rubinë, dheu i tij ka erë më të mirë se misku, shija e tij është më e ëmbël se mjalti dhe uji i tij është më i bardhë se dëbora».
