٢٠٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: «سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ بِالتَّطْلِيقَةِ وَلَا تَعْتَدُّ بِالْحَيْضَةِ أَقُولُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ».
#2056 2056 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shayban narrated to us, from Jabir, who said: "I asked al-Sha'bi about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He said: 'The divorce is counted, but that menstruation is not counted (as part of the waiting period).' I say this based on the statement of Ibn 'Umar, from the Prophet (pbuh)."

2056 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shejbani, nga Xhabiri, i cili ka thënë: «E pyeta esh-Sha'biun për një burrë që e shkurorëzoi gruan e tij ndërsa ajo ishte me menstruacione, e ai tha: Ajo llogaritet si shkurorëzim, por nuk llogaritet ai menstruacion. Këtë e them duke u bazuar në fjalën e Ibn Omerit, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.).»
