Musnad al-Tayalisi » What Abu Sa'id al-Khudri Narrated from the Prophet ﷺ
٢٣٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، «أَنَّ قَتِيلًا وُجِدَ بَيْنَ حَيَّيْنِ، فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُقَاسَ إِلَى أَيِّهِمَا أَقْرَبُ، فَوُجِدَ أَقْرَبَ إِلَى أَحَدِ الْحَيَّيْنِ بِشِبْرٍ.
قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ: كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى شِبْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ -، فَأَلْقَى دِيَتَهُ عَلَيْهِمْ».
#2309 2309 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu Isra'il narrated to us, from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id, "that a slain person was found between two neighborhoods, so the Prophet (saw) ordered that it be measured to which of them he was closer, and he was found closer to one of the two neighborhoods by a handspan.
Abu Sa'id said: It is as if I am looking at the handspan of the Messenger of Allah (saw) -, so he placed his blood money upon them."

2309 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Israeli, nga Atijeh, nga Ebu Seidi, «se një i vrarë u gjet mes dy lagjeve, andaj Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) urdhëroi që të matet se cilit prej tyre i ishte më afër. U gjet se ishte më afër njërës prej dy lagjeve për një pëllëmbë.

Ebu Seidi tha: Sikur po e shoh pëllëmbën e të Dërguarit të Allahut (s.a.v.s.) -, kështu që ai ua ngarkoi atyre dijetin e tij».
