Musnad al-Tayalisi » What Abu Sa'id al-Khudri Narrated from the Prophet ﷺ
٢٣٣٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: «أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِتَمْرٍ رَيَّانَ، وَكَانَ تَمْرُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بَعْلًا، أَيْ فِيهِ يُبْسٌ، فَقَالَ لِخَادِمِهِ: أَنَّى لَكُمْ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: بِعْنَا صَاعَيْنِ مِنْ تَمْرٍ بِصَاعٍ مِنْ هَذَا، فَقَالَ: فَلَا تَفْعَلْ، بِعْ تَمْرَكَ، ثُمَّ اشْتَرِ مِنْ هَذَا حَاجَتَكَ».
#2332 2332 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Abu Sa'id, who said: "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) was brought some fresh, succulent dates, and the dates of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) were 'Ba'l', meaning they had some dryness in them. So he said to his servant: 'From where did you get this?' He said: 'We sold two Sa's of [our] dates for one Sa' of this.' He said: 'Do not do that; sell your dates, then buy what you need of this.'"

2332 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Katade, nga Seid ibn el-Musejjibi, nga Ebu Seidi, i cili ka thënë: «Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) i sollën hurma të freskëta, ndërsa hurmat e Pejgamberit (s.a.v.s.) ishin 'ba'l', domethënë kishin njëfarë tharjeje. Ai i tha shërbëtorit të tij: "Prej nga ju erdhi kjo?" Ai u përgjigj: "Kemi shitur dy sa'a hurma për një sa'a nga kjo." Atëherë ai tha: "Mos e bëj këtë! Shite hurmën tënde, pastaj blej nga kjo atë që të nevojitet."»
