٢٤١٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «لَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ عَلَى بَيْعِهِ».
#2415 2415 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Do not practice Najash (artificially inflating prices), a city dweller should not sell for a desert dweller, a man should not propose over the proposal of his brother, and he should not sell over the sale of his brother.'

2415 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Saidi, nga Ebu Hurejra, i cili ka thënë: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Mos bëni nexhesh (rritje artificiale të çmimit), mos të shesë banori i qytetit për banorin e fshatit, mos të kërkojë njeriu dorën e një gruaje mbi fejesën e vëllait të tij dhe mos të shesë mbi shitjen e tij».
