٢٤٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْيَمَانُ أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ (238) عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: «مَنْ دَخَلَ عَلَى طَعَامٍ وَلَمْ يُدْعَ لَهُ دَخَلَ فَاسِقًا وَأَكَلَ حَرَامًا، وَشَرُّ الطَّعَامِ طَعَامُ الْوَلِيمَةِ يُدْعَى الْأَغْنِيَاءُ وَيُتْرَكُ الْفُقَرَاءُ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُجِبِ الدَّعْوَةَ فَقَدْ عَصَى اللهَ ﷿ وَرَسُولَهُ ﷺ».

(238) كذا في طبعة دار هجر، ولعل الصواب: (طلحة بن عثمان) وينظر علل الدارقطني ٨/ ١٥٧ وترجمته في التاريخ الكبير والجرح والتعديل: (طلحة بن عثمان رجل من الحجبة) والله أعلم.
#2452 2452 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Al-Yaman Abu Hudhayfah narrated to us, from Talhah bin Abi 'Uthman (238) from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: "Whoever enters upon food without being invited enters as a transgressor and eats what is forbidden. And the worst of food is the food of a wedding feast to which the rich are invited and the poor are left out. And whoever does not respond to the invitation has disobeyed Allah (azwj) and His Messenger (saw)."

(238) Thus it appears in the Dar Hijr edition, and perhaps the correct version is: (Talhah bin 'Uthman). See 'Ilal al-Daraqutni 8/157 and his biography in al-Tarikh al-Kabir and al-Jarh wa al-Ta'dil: (Talhah bin 'Uthman, a man from the gatekeepers). And Allah knows best.

2452 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar El-Jeman Ebu Hudhejfe, nga Talha bin Ebi Uthman (238), nga Seid el-Makburi, nga Ebu Hurejra, i cili ka thënë: «Kush hyn në një ushqim (në një gosti) pa qenë i ftuar, ka hyrë si fasik (mëkatar) dhe ka ngrënë haram. Ushqimi më i keq është ushqimi i dasmës (velimes), ku ftohen të pasurit dhe lihen të varfrit. Kushdo që nuk i përgjigjet ftesës, ai ka kundërshtuar Allahun (xh.sh.) dhe Pejgamberin e Tij (s.a.v.s.)».

(238) Kështu është në botimin e Dar Hexher, por ndoshta e sakta është: (Talha bin Uthman). Shih: Ilel ed-Darakutni 8/157 dhe biografia e tij në Et-Tarikh el-Kebir dhe El-Xherh ve et-Tadil: (Talha bin Uthman, një burrë nga el-Haxhebe). Allahu e di më së miri.
