٢٤٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ الرَّابِعَةَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ».
#2458 2458 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Harith bin 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:
«Whoever drinks wine, lash him; if he returns to it, lash him; if he returns to it, lash him; and if he returns to it a fourth time, kill him.»

2458 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ibn Ebi Dhibi, nga el-Harith b. Abdurrahmani, nga Ebu Seleme, nga Ebu Hurejra, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Kush pi alkool, fshikullojeni; nëse kthehet (përsëri), fshikullojeni; nëse kthehet, fshikullojeni; e nëse kthehet për herë të katërt, vriteni».
