٢٥١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، وَالْمَسْعُودِيُّ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «أَرْبَعٌ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَنْ يَدَعَهُنَّ النَّاسُ: الطَّعْنُ فِي الْأَحْسَابِ، وَالنِّيَاحَةُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ، وَالْأَنْوَاءُ، وَالْإِعْدَاءُ، جَرِبَ بَعِيرٌ فَأَجْرَبَ مِائَةً، فَمَنْ أَجْرَبَ الْبَعِيرَ الْأَوَّلَ»؟.
#2517 2517 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah and al-Mas'udi narrated to us, from 'Alqamah ibn Marthad al-Hadrami, from Abu al-Rabi', from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (saw) who said: "Four things from the matters of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance) the people will not leave: slandering lineages, wailing over the dead, seeking rain through the stars, and the belief in contagious diseases; a camel gets mangy and then a hundred others get mangy, so who infected the first camel?".

2517 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be dhe El-Mes'udi, nga Alkame bin Merthed El-Hadremiu, nga Ebu Er-Rebi'i, nga Ebu Hurejre, nga Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) i cili ka thënë:
«Katër gjëra janë nga çështjet e injorancës (xhahilijetit), të cilat njerëzit nuk do t'i lënë: Ofendimi i prejardhjes (fisit), vajtimi mbi të vdekurin, kërkimi i shiut përmes yjeve dhe besimi në infektimin (ngjitjen e sëmundjes) në mënyrë të pavarur. Një deve zgjeboset dhe i zgjebos njëqind të tjera, po kush e zgjebosi devenë e parë?».
