٢٦٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الْغُبَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعُهُمَا خِيَارًا».
#2691 2691 - Yunus narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Ayyub bin 'Utbah narrated to us, from Abu Kathir al-Ghubari, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not separated, or if their transaction was [made with] the condition of option."

2691 - Na ka treguar Junusi, na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ejub bin Utbe, nga Ebu Kethir el-Guberi, nga Ebu Hurejre, i cili ka thënë: Ka thënë i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.): «Shitësi dhe blerësi kanë të drejtën e zgjedhjes (për ta anuluar ose konfirmuar shitblerjen) përderisa nuk janë ndarë, ose nëse shitblerja e tyre bëhet me kushtin e zgjedhjes».
