٢٧١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يُحَدِّثُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بَعَثَ أَبَانَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ قِبَلَ نَجْدٍ، فَرَجَعُوا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ بِخَيْبَرَ قَدْ فَتَحَهَا، فَقَالَ أَبَانُ: اقْسِمْ لَنَا، فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّا لَا نَقْسِمُ لَهُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، فَقَالَ لِي أَبَانُ: إِنَّكَ لَهَاهُنَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: اجْلِسْ يَا أَبَانُ وَلَمْ يَقْسِمْ لَهُمْ».
#2714 2714 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Utbah narrated to us, from Muhammad bin al-Walid al-Zubaydi, from al-Zuhri, from 'Anbasah bin Sa'id, who said: Someone who heard Abu Hurayrah narrated to me, while he was narrating to Sa'id bin al-'As: "That the Messenger of Allah (saw) sent Aban bin Sa'id on an expedition towards Najd. They returned to the Messenger of Allah (saw) while he was at Khaybar, having already conquered it. Aban said: 'Apportion for us (a share of the spoils).' I said: 'We do not apportion for them, O Messenger of Allah.' Aban said to me: 'You are still here!' So the Prophet (saw) said: 'Sit down, O Aban,' and he did not apportion anything for them."

2714 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Utbe, nga Muhamed bin el-Velid ez-Zubejdi, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Anbese bin Saidi, i cili ka thënë: Më ka treguar ai që e ka dëgjuar Ebu Hurejren duke i treguar Said bin el-Asit: «Se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) e dërgoi Eban bin Saidin në një ekspeditë drejt Nexhdit. Ata u kthyen te i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) kur ai ishte në Hajber, të cilin tashmë e kishte çliruar. Ebani tha: Na jep pjesë (nga plaçka e luftës). Unë thashë: Ne nuk u japim pjesë atyre, o i Dërguari i Allahut. Ebani më tha: Ti qenke këtu! Atëherë Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: Ulu, o Eban! Dhe nuk u dha pjesë atyre».
