Hadith #2729 - Musnad al-Tayalisi

٢٧٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَقَّتَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ، وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ، وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا، وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: هَذِهِ الْمَوَاقِيتُ لِأَهْلِهَا، وَلِكُلِّ مَنْ أَتَى عَلَيْهَا مِنْ غَيْرِ أَهْلِهَا لِمَنْ أَرَادَ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ، وَمَنْ كَانَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ فَمِنْ حَيْثُ يُنْشِئُ، ثُمَّ كَذَلِكَ، حَتَّى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ يُهِلُّونَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ».

#2729 2729 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, saying: Hammad bin Zayd narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Dinar, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Messenger of Allah (saw) specified Dhul-Hulayfah as the miqat for the people of Madinah, al-Juhfah for the people of Sham, Qarn for the people of Najd, and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: "These miqats are for their people, and for everyone who comes upon them from other than their people, for those who intend to perform Hajj and 'Umrah. And whoever is within those boundaries, then [their miqat is] from where they start, and so on, until even the people of Makkah begin their Ihram from Makkah."

2729 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hammad bin Zejdi, nga Amër bin Dinari, nga Tavusi, nga Ibn Abbasi, se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) caktoi Dhul-Hulejfen si mikat për banorët e Medines, El-Xhuhfen për banorët e Shamit, Karnin për banorët e Nexhdit dhe Jelemlemin për banorët e Jemenit. I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Këto mikate janë për banorët e tyre dhe për çdo kënd tjetër që kalon nëpër to, e që nuk është banor i tyre, prej atyre që synojnë Haxhin dhe Umren. Ndërsa kushdo që ndodhet brenda këtyre kufijve, atëherë mikati i tij është aty ku niset, e kështu me radhë, derisa edhe banorët e Mekës e veshin ihramin në Mekë".
