٢٧٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، «أَنَّ امْرَأَةً نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَحُجَّ، فَمَاتَتْ، فَسَأَلَ أَخُوهَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَقَالَ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا دَيْنٌ، أَكُنْتَ قَاضِيَهُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ قَالَ: فَاقْضُوا اللهَ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِالْوَفَاءِ».
#2743 2743 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, who said: I heard Sa'id ibn Jubayr narrating from Ibn 'Abbas, that a woman vowed to perform Hajj, but she died. Her brother asked the Prophet (pbuh), and he said: "Do you think that if she had a debt, would you pay it off?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then fulfill the debt to Allah, for He is more deserving of fulfillment."

2743 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shu'be, nga Ebu Bishri, i cili ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar Said bin Xhubejrin duke treguar nga Ibn Abbasi, se:

«Një grua ishte zotuar se do të kryente haxhin, por ajo vdiq. Vëllai i saj e pyeti Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.), e ai i tha: "Më thuaj, sikur ajo të kishte pasur ndonjë borxh, a do t'ia ktheje?" Ai tha: "Po." Pejgamberi tha: "Atëherë shlyejeni borxhin ndaj Allahut, sepse Ai e meriton më së shumti përmbushjen e premtimit."»
