Hadith #2805 - Musnad al-Tayalisi

٢٨٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: «خَشِيَتْ سَوْدَةُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، لَا تُطَلِّقْنِي، وَأَمْسِكْنِي، وَاجْعَلْ يَوْمِي لِعَائِشَةَ فَفَعَلَ، فَنَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: ﴿وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا﴾ الْآيَةَ»، قَالَ: فَمَا اصْطَلَحَا عَلَيْهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ.

#2805 2805 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Sulayman bin Mu'adh narrated to us, from Simak bin Harb, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, who said: "Sawdah feared that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) would divorce her, so she said: 'O Messenger of Allah, do not divorce me, keep me, and assign my day to 'Aishah.' So he did so, and this verse was revealed: {And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion} [the verse]."

He said: "So whatever they agree upon as a settlement is permissible."

2805 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Sulejman bin Muadhi, nga Simak bin Harbi, nga Ikrime, nga Ibn Abbasi, i cili ka thënë:

«Sevdeja u frikësua se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) do ta shkurorëzonte, andaj tha: O i Dërguari i Allahut, mos më shkurorëzo, por më mbaj dhe ditën time jepja Aishes. Ai veproi kështu, andaj zbriti ky ajet: ﴿Nëse ndonjë grua i frikësohet sjelljes së vrazhdë ose largimit të burrit të saj...﴾ (ajeti)»,

ai tha: Çfarëdo që ata merren vesh mes vete, ajo është e lejuar.
