٢٨٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: «يُودَى الْمُكَاتَبُ بِقَدْرِ مَا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ، وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ» قَالَ: وَكَانَ عَلِيٌّ وَمَرْوَانُ يَقُولَانِ ذَلِكَ.
#2809 2809 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that the Prophet (pbuh) said:
"The Mukatab is paid blood money according to the portion of him that is free, the blood money of a free person, and according to the portion of him that is still enslaved, the blood money of a slave."
He said: And 'Ali and Marwan used to say that.

2809 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Hishami, nga Jahja, nga Ikrime, nga Ibn Abbasi, se Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë:
«Për mukatebin (skllavin me kontratë lirimi) paguhet shpagimi i gjakut (dijeti) i njeriut të lirë sipas asaj mase që është liruar prej tij, dhe shpagimi i gjakut të skllavit sipas asaj mase që ka mbetur skllav.»
Ai tha: Edhe Aliu dhe Marvani thoshin kështu.
