٢٨١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، سَمِعَ أَبَا حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجَ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ ، قَالَ: «قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : مَا أَخْبَارٌ قَدْ تَقَشَّعَتْ فِي النَّاسِ؟ يَقُولُونَ: مَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ؟ قَالَ: تِلْكَ سُنَّةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ وَإِنْ رَغِمْتُمْ».
#2818 2818 - Yunus narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah, who heard Abu Hassan al-A'raj narrating from Sulaym bin 'Abd al-Hujaymi, who said: "I said to Ibn 'Abbas: 'What are these reports that have spread among the people? They say: Whoever circumambulates the House has exited the state of Ihram?' He said: 'That is the Sunnah of your Prophet (pbuh), even if you are averse to it.'"

2818 - Na ka treguar Junusi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Shube, nga Katade, i cili e ka dëgjuar Ebu Hassan el-A'rexhin duke treguar nga Sulejm bin Abd el-Huxhejmiu, i cili ka thënë:

«I thashë Ibn Abbasit: Çfarë janë këto lajme që janë përhapur mes njerëzve? Ata thonë: Kush bën tavaf rreth Shtëpisë, ai është liruar (nga ihrami)? Ai tha: Kjo është suneti i Pejgamberit tuaj (s.a.v.s.), edhe nëse nuk ju pëlqen».
