- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ ، عَنِ
الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ
عَبَّاسٍ ، «أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ، اسْتَفْتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي
نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ، فَمَاتَتْ فَلَمْ تَقْضِهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ
اللهِ ﷺ: اقْضِهِ عَنْهَا».

2840 - Abu Dawud narrated to us, he said: Zam'ah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from 'Ubaydullah bin 'Abdullah, from Ibn 'Abbas, that Sa'd bin 'Ubadah asked the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) for a legal verdict regarding a vow that was upon his mother, and she died without fulfilling it. So the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Fulfill it on her behalf.'
2840 - Na ka treguar Ebu Davudi, i cili ka thënë: Na ka treguar Zem'ah, nga ez-Zuhriu, nga Ubejdullah bin Abdullahu, nga Ibn Abbasi, se:
Sa'd bin Ubade e pyeti Pejgamberin (s.a.v.s.) rreth një zotimi (nedhri) që e kishte pasur nëna e tij, e cila kishte ndërruar jetë pa e përmbushur atë. Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Përmbushe atë për të."
