Hadith #7161 - Sahih al-Bukhari

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى سِلْعَةٍ لَقَدْ أَعْطَى بِهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا أَعْطَى وَهْوَ كَاذِبٌ، وَرَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ، وَرَجُلٌ مَنَعَ فَضْلَ مَاءٍ فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، الْيَوْمَ أَمْنَعُكَ فَضْلِي، كَمَا مَنَعْتَ فَضْلَ مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ يَدَاكَ ‏"‏‏.‏

#7161 Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "(There are) three (types of persons to whom) Allah will neither speak to them on
the Day of Resurrections, nor look at them (They are):--(1) a man who takes a false oath that he has
been offered for a commodity a price greater than what he has actually been offered; (2) and a man
who takes a false oath after the `Asr (prayer) in order to grab the property of a Muslim through it; (3)
and a man who forbids others to use the remaining superfluous water. To such a man Allah will say on
the Day of Resurrection, 'Today I withhold My Blessings from you as you withheld the superfluous
part of that (water) which your hands did not create.' "

Transmeton Ebu Hurejra: Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Tre janë ata me të cilët Allahu nuk do të flasë në Ditën e Kiametit dhe as nuk do t'i shikojë: njeriu i cili bën betim të rrejshëm për një mall se i është ofruar për të një çmim më i lartë sesa ai që i është ofruar në të vërtetë; njeriu i cili bën betim të rrejshëm pas namazit të ikindisë për të përvetësuar pasurinë e një muslimani; dhe njeriu i cili e ndalon tepricën e ujit. Allahu do t'i thotë atij në Ditën e Kiametit: 'Sot po ta mohoj mirësinë Time, ashtu siç e mohove ti tepricën e asaj që nuk e krijuan duart e tua'."
