أَخْبَرَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَعَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالاَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَنِ الْجُمُعَةِ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَنَا فَكَانَ لِلْيَهُودِ يَوْمُ السَّبْتِ وَكَانَ لِلنَّصَارَى يَوْمُ الأَحَدِ فَجَاءَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِنَا فَهَدَانَا لِيَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَجَعَلَ الْجُمُعَةَ وَالسَّبْتَ وَالأَحَدَ وَكَذَلِكَ هُمْ لَنَا تَبَعٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَنَحْنُ الآخِرُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا وَالأَوَّلُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمَقْضِيُّ لَهُمْ قَبْلَ الْخَلاَئِقِ " .

It was narrated that Hudhaifah said:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Allah sent astray from Friday those who came before us, so the Jews had Saturday and the Christians had Sunday. Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, brought us and guided us to Friday, so there is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and thus they will follow us on the Day of Resurrection. We are the last of the people of this world but the first on the Day of Resurrection for whom judgment will be passed before all other creatures.'"
Transmetojnë Ebu Hurejra dhe Hudhejfe: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Allahu i Madhëruar i largoi ata që ishin para nesh nga dita e xhuma, kështu që hebrenjtë kishin të shtunën dhe të krishterët kishin të dielën. Pastaj Allahu i Madhëruar na solli ne dhe na udhëzoi për ditën e xhuma, duke bërë kështu radhitjen: e xhuma, e shtunë dhe e diel. Në këtë mënyrë, ata do të vijnë pas nesh në Ditën e Kiametit. Ne jemi të fundit e njerëzve të kësaj bote, por të parët në Ditën e Kiametit, për të cilët do të gjykohet para të gjitha krijesave të tjera."
