Hadith #2502 - Sunan an-Nasa'i

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

#2502 It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said:
"The injuries caused by the best are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejre: I Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Lëndimi i shkaktuar nga kafsha nuk dëmshpërblehet, pusi nuk dëmshpërblehet, miniera nuk dëmshpërblehet, ndërsa për rikaz (thesarin e gjetur në tokë) obligohet një e pesta."
