Hadith #2511 - Sunan an-Nasa'i

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا نَصُومُ عَاشُورَاءَ وَنُؤَدِّي زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَ رَمَضَانُ وَنَزَلَتِ الزَّكَاةُ لَمْ نُؤْمَرْ بِهِ وَلَمْ نُنْهَ عَنْهُ وَكُنَّا نَفْعَلُهُ ‏.‏

#2511 It was narrated that Qais bin Sa'd bin 'Ubadah Said:
"We used to fast on 'Ashura and give Zakatul-Fitr, and when the command to fast in Ramadan was revealed, and the command to give Zakah was revealed, we were neither commanded to give it, nor told not to do so, and we used to do it."

Transmeton Kejs bin Sa'd bin Ubade: Ne e agjëronim Ashuren dhe e jepnim Zeqatin e Fitrit, e kur u shpall urdhri për agjërimin e Ramazanit dhe u shpall urdhri për Zeqatin, ne as nuk u urdhëruam më (për to) e as nuk u ndaluam, andaj ne vazhduam t'i bënim ato.
