أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ خَالِهِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ إِذَا سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ ‏"‏ فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
#5672 It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that :
The Messenger of Allah said: "If he becomes drunk, whip him; then if he becomes drunk, whip him; then if he becomes drunk, whip him." Then he said concerning the fourth time, "Strike his neck (i.e., kill him)."

Transmeton Ebu Hurejre se i Dërguari i Allahut (s.a.v.s.) ka thënë: "Nëse dehet, fshikullojeni; pastaj nëse dehet, fshikullojeni; pastaj nëse dehet, fshikullojeni." Pastaj tha për herën e katërt: "Goditeni në qafë (vriteni)."
