أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ :" جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ : السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا غُلَامَ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، فَقَالَ : وَعَلَيْكَ، قَالَ : إِنِّي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَخْوَالِكَ مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ، وَأَنَا رَسُولُ قَوْمِي إِلَيْكَ وَوَافِدُهُمْ، وَإِنِّي سَائِلُكَ فَمُشَدِّدٌ مَسْأَلَتِي إِلَيْكَ، وَمُنَاشِدُكَ فَمُشَدِّدٌ مُنَاشَدَتِي إِيَّاكَ، قَالَ : خُذْ عَنْكَ يَا أَخَا بَنِي سَعْدٍ، قَالَ : مَنْ خَلَقَكَ، وَخَلَقَ مَنْ قَبْلَكَ، وَمَنْ هُوَ خَالِقُ مَنْ بَعْدَكَ؟، قَالَ : اللَّهُ قَالَ فَنَشَدْتُكَ بِذَلِكَ، أَهُوَ أَرْسَلَكَ؟، قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ : مَنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ السَّبْعَ وَالْأَرَضِينَ السَّبْعَ، وَأَجْرَى بَيْنَهُنَّ الرِّزْقَ؟، قَالَ : اللَّهُ، قَالَ : فَنَشَدْتُكَ بِذَلِكَ، أَهُوَ أَرْسَلَكَ؟، قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ : إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِكَ، وَأَمَرَتْنَا رُسُلُكَ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ فِي الْيَوْمِ وَاللَّيْلَةِ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ لِمَوَاقِيتِهَا، فَنَشَدْتُكَ بِذَلِكَ، أَهُوَ أَمَرَكَ؟، قَالَ : نَعَمْ، قَالَ : فَإِنَّا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِكَ، وَأَمَرَتْنَا رُسُلُكَ أَنْ نَأْخُذَ مِنْ حَوَاشِي أَمْوَالِنَا فَنَرُدَّهَا عَلَى فُقَرَائِنَا، فَنَشَدْتُكَ بِذَلِكَ، أَهُوَ أَمَرَكَ بِذَلِكَ؟، قَالَ : نَعَمْ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : أَمَّا الْخَامِسَةُ، فَلَسْتُ بِسَائِلِكَ عَنْهَا، وَلَا إِرَبَ لِي فِيهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ : أَمَا وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَأَعْمَلَنَّ بِهَا وَمَنْ أَطَاعَنِي مِنْ قَوْمِي، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ، فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ نَوَاجِذُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، لَئِنْ صَدَقَ، لَيَدْخُلَنَّ الْجَنَّةَ "

Muhammad ibn Yazid informed us, ibn Fudayl narrated to us, Ata ibn al-Sa'ib narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: "A Bedouin came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said: 'Peace be upon you, O youth of the Banu Abd al-Muttalib.' He replied: 'And upon you.' He said: 'I am a man from your maternal uncles of the Banu Sa'd ibn Bakr, and I am the messenger of my people to you and their delegate. I shall ask you and be stern in my questioning of you, and I shall adjure you and be stern in my adjuration of you.' He (pbuh) said: 'Proceed as you wish, O brother of the Banu Sa'd.' He said: 'Who created you, and created those before you, and who is the creator of those after you?' He said: 'Allah.' He said: 'Then I adjure you by that, is it He who sent you?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Who created the seven heavens and the seven earths, and caused sustenance to flow between them?' He said: 'Allah.' He said: 'Then I adjure you by that, is it He who sent you?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Indeed, we have found in your Book, and your messengers commanded us, that we should pray five prayers during the day and night at their appointed times. So I adjure you by that, is it He who commanded you?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'And we have found in your Book, and your messengers commanded us, that we should take from the excess of our wealth and return it to our poor. So I adjure you by that, did He command you with that?' He said: 'Yes.' Then he said: 'As for the fifth, I shall not ask you about it, nor do I have any need for it.' Then he said: 'Lo! By the One Who sent you with the truth, I shall surely act upon it, as well as those of my people who obey me.' Then he turned back, and the Prophet (pbuh) laughed until his molar teeth became visible, then he said: 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, if he has spoken the truth, he shall surely enter Paradise.'"

Transmeton Ibn Abbasi: Një beduin erdhi te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) dhe tha: "Paqja qoftë mbi ty, o djalosh i Beni Abdylmutalibit." Ai u përgjigj: "Edhe mbi ty qoftë paqja." Bedvini tha: "Unë jam një burrë nga dajallarët e tu, nga fisi Beni Sa'd bin Bekr. Jam i dërguari dhe përfaqësuesi i popullit tim te ti. Do të të pyes dhe do të jem i rreptë në pyetje; do të të betoj dhe do të jem i rreptë në betim." Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Pyet çfarë të duash, o vëlla i Beni Sa'dit." Ai tha: "Kush të krijoi ty, kush i krijoi ata para teje dhe kush është Krijuesi i atyre që vijnë pas teje?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) u përgjigj: "Allahu." Bedvini tha: "Të betoj për Atë, a është Ai që të ka dërguar?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Po." Ai pyeti: "Kush i krijoi shtatë qiejt dhe shtatë tokat, dhe e rregulloi furnizimin mes tyre?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) u përgjigj: "Allahu." Bedvini tha: "Të betoj për Atë, a është Ai që të ka dërguar?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Po." Ai vazhdoi: "Ne kemi gjetur në Librin tënd dhe të dërguarit e tu na kanë urdhëruar të falim pesë kohët e Namazit gjatë ditës dhe natës në kohët e tyre të caktuara. Të betoj për Atë, a është Ai që të ka urdhëruar?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Po." Ai tha: "Ne kemi gjetur në Librin tënd dhe të dërguarit e tu na kanë urdhëruar që të marrim nga pjesët e pasurisë sonë e t'ua japim të varfërve tanë. Të betoj për Atë, a është Ai që të ka urdhëruar për këtë?" Ai (s.a.v.s.) tha: "Po." Pastaj bedvini tha: "Sa i përket të pestës, nuk do të të pyes për të dhe nuk kam nevojë për të." Më pas shtoi: "Pasha Atë që të dërgoi me të Vërtetën, unë do të veproj sipas këtyre, ashtu siç do të veprojnë edhe ata që më binden nga populli im." Kur ai u largua, Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) qeshi aq sa iu dukën dhëmballët dhe tha: "Pasha Atë në dorën e të Cilit është shpirti im, nëse ka thënë të vërtetën, ai do të hyjë në Xhenet."
