Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi informed us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Mu'adh, from Anas, may Allah be pleased with him: that whenever the Prophet (pbuh) exited the place of relieving himself, a young boy would bring a leather vessel of water, and he would cleanse himself with it.
