Khalid bin Makhlad, who is al-Qatwani, informed us, Ibrahim bin Isma'il bin Abi Habibah narrated to us, Dawud bin al-Husayn informed me, from al-Qasim bin Muhammad, from 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "The siwak (tooth-stick) is a means of purification for the mouth and a cause of pleasure for the Lord."
