#65 Al-Hakam ibn al-Mubarak informed us, Malik narrated to us, from Suhayl ibn Abi Salih, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "When the Muslim or believing servant performs ablution and washes his face, every sin that he looked at with his eyes departs from his face with the water or with the last drop of water. Then when he washes his hands, every sin that his hands committed departs from his hands with the water or with the last drop of water, until he emerges pure from sins."
