أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحُوَيْرِثِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاس رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ : كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَخَلَ الْغَائِطَ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَأُتِيَ بِطَعَامٍ، فَقِيلَ : أَلَا تَتَوَضَّأُ؟، فَقَالَ :" أُصَلِّي فَأَتَوَضَّأُ؟ "
#113 Abu Nu'aym informed us, Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Dinar, from Sa'id bin al-Huwayrith, from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: We were with the Prophet (pbuh) when he went to relieve himself, then he came out and food was brought to him. It was said, "Will you not perform ablution?" He replied, "Am I going to pray that I should perform ablution?"

Transmeton Ibn Abbasi: Ishim te Pejgamberi (s.a.v.s.) kur ai hyri për të kryer nevojën, pastaj doli dhe i sollën ushqim. Atij iu tha: "A nuk do të marrësh abdest?" Ai u përgjigj: "A do të fal namaz që të marr abdest?"
