حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَالْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، في التي قعدت من المحيض،" إذا رأت الدم توضأت وصلت ولا تغتسل "، سئل عبد الله عَنْ الْكَبِيرَةِ، قَالَ : " تَوَضَّأُ وَتُصَلِّي، وَإِذَا طُلِّقَتْ تَعْتَدُّ بِالْأَشْهُرِ "
#193 Hajjaj narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Ata' and Al-Hakam ibn 'Utaybah, regarding the woman who has ceased menstruating: "If she sees blood, she performs ablution and prays, and she does not perform a ritual bath." Abdullah was asked about the elderly woman, and he said: "She performs ablution and prays, and if she is divorced, she observes the waiting period by months."

Transmeton Ata’u dhe El-Hakem bin Utejbe: Lidhur me gruan që i kanë pushuar menstruacionet: "Nëse ajo sheh gjak, merr abdest dhe fal namaz, por nuk merr gusël." Abdullahu u pyet për gruan e moshuar (në menopauzë) dhe tha: "Ajo merr abdest dhe fal namaz, e nëse divorcohet, idetin e saj e llogarit me muaj."
