أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ، قَالَ :" تَدَعُ الصَّلَاةَ فِي قُرُوئِهَا ذَلِكَ يَوْمًا أَوْ يَوْمَيْنِ، ثُمَّ تَغْتَسِلُ، فَإِذَا كَانَ عِنْدَ الْأُولَى نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، أَخَّرَتْ الظُّهْرَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَإِذَا غَابَتْ الشَّمْسُ نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، أَخَّرَتْ الْمَغْرِبَ وَعَجَّلَتْ الْعِشَاءَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّتْهُمَا بِغُسْلٍ وَاحِدٍ، فَإِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ، نَظَرَتْ، فَإِنْ كَانَتْ تَرِيَّةً، تَوَضَّأَتْ وَصَلَّتْ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَمًا، اغْتَسَلَتْ وَصَلَّتْ الْغَدَاةَ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ "، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : " الْأَقْرَاءُ عِنْدِي : الْحَيْضُ "
#217 Ya'la informed us, Abdul Malik related to us, from 'Ata', concerning the woman with prolonged vaginal bleeding (Mustahadah), who said: "She refrains from prayer during her menstrual cycles for a day or two, then she performs a ritual bath. When the time for the first prayer (Dhuhr) arrives, she examines herself; if it is a yellowish discharge, she performs ablution and prays. If it is blood, she delays Dhuhr and hastens 'Asr, then performs them both with a single ritual bath. When the sun sets, she examines herself; if it is a yellowish discharge, she performs ablution and prays. If it is blood, she delays Maghrib and hastens 'Isha', then performs them both with a single ritual bath. When dawn breaks, she examines herself; if it is a yellowish discharge, she performs ablution and prays. If it is blood, she performs a ritual bath and prays the morning prayer; [doing so] three times every day and night."

Transmeton Ata: Për gruan me gjakderdhje të vazhdueshme (istihada), tha: "Ajo e lë namazin gjatë ditëve të menstruacioneve të saj, për një apo dy ditë, pastaj merr gusul. Kur vjen koha e namazit të parë, ajo shikon; nëse sheh vetëm njollë, merr abdest dhe falet. Por nëse është gjak, ajo e shtyn Drekën dhe e shpejton Ikindinë, pastaj i fal të dyja me një gusul. Kur perëndon dielli, ajo shikon; nëse është njollë, merr abdest dhe falet. Nëse është gjak, ajo e shtyn Akshamin dhe e shpejton Jacinë, pastaj i fal të dyja me një gusul. Kur lind agimi, ajo shikon; nëse është njollë, merr abdest dhe falet. Nëse është gjak, ajo merr gusul dhe fal Sabahun; kështu vepron çdo ditë e natë, tri herë (gusul)." Ebu Muhamedi tha: "Al-Aqra sipas meje janë menstruacionet (hajdi)."
