أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَأَلَتْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا : أَتَقْضِي إِحْدَانَا صَلَاةَ أَيَّامِ حَيْضِهَا؟، فَقَالَتْ :" أَحَرُورِيَّةٌ أَنْتِ؟ قَدْ كَانَتْ إِحْدَانَا تَحِيضُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَا تُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءٍ "، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ ، قَالَ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ : " كَأَنَّ حَمَّادًا فَرِقَ حَدِيثَ أَيُّوبَ، فَجَاءَ بِهَذَا "
#315 Abu al-Nu'man informed us, Hammad narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Abu Qilabah, from Mu'adhah: that a woman asked 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: "Should one of us make up the prayers of her menstruation days?" She said: "Are you a Haruriyyah? One of us would menstruate during the time of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) and she would not be ordered to make them up." Abu al-Nu'man informed us, Hammad narrated to us, from Yazid al-Rishk, from Mu'adhah.
