Hadith #395 - Sunan ad-Darimi

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ : كُنْتُ أُوتَى بِالْإِنَاءِ فَأَضَعُ فَمِي فَأَشْرَبُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ،" فَيَضَعُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَهُ عَلَى الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي وَضَعْتُ فَيَشْرَبُ، وَأُوتَى بِالْعَرْقِ فَأَنْتَهِسُ، فَيَضَعُ فَاهُ عَلَى الْمَكَانِ الَّذِي وَضَعْتُ فَيَنْتَهِسُ، ثُمَّ يَأْمُرُنِي فَأَتَّزِرُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، وَكَانَ يُبَاشِرُنِي "

#395 Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Al-Miqdam ibn Shurayh ibn Hani, from his father, from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: "I would be brought a vessel and I would put my mouth to it and drink while I was menstruating, then the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) would put his mouth on the spot where I had put mine and drink. And a bone with meat on it would be brought to me and I would bite from it, then he would put his mouth on the spot where I had put mine and bite from it. Then he would command me to wrap myself in a waist-cloth while I was menstruating, and he would embrace me."
