أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، قَالَ :" يَعْتَذِرُ إِلَى اللَّهِ، وَيَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ "
#431 Muhammad bin 'Isa informed us, Yahya bin Sa'id narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah bin 'Umar, from 'Abd al-Rahman bin al-Qasim, from his father, that he was asked about the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating. He said: "He should seek pardon from Allah and repent to Allah."
