Hadith #448 - Sunan ad-Darimi

أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، أَوْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، قَالَ :" يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ، وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ "

#448 We were informed by Wahb ibn Sa'id, from Shu'ayb ibn Ishaq, from al-Awza'i regarding a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, or if she saw signs of purity but had not yet performed the ritual bath (ghusl), he said: "He should seek forgiveness from Allah and give two-fifths of a dinar in charity."

Transmeton El-Euzai: Për burrin që kryen marrëdhënie me gruan e tij kur ajo është me menstruacione, ose kur ajo ka parë shenjat e pastrimit por ende nuk ka marrë gusël, ai ka thënë: "Ai duhet t'i kërkojë falje Allahut dhe të japë lëmoshë dy të pestat e dinarit."
