Yazid bin Harun informed us, from Ja'far bin al-Harith, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, from Hammam bin al-Harith, from Hudhayfah, that he said to his wife: "Reach the roots of the hair thoroughly with water, so that Fire does not penetrate through it; its remaining duration upon it is but little."
