Muhammad ibn Yusuf informed us, al-Awza'i narrated to us, az-Zuhri narrated to me, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "If the wife of any of you seeks permission to go to the mosque, then he should not prevent her."
