أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ خَلِيلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، أَنْبأَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ الْمُسَيَّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَدْ رَفَعُوا أَبْصَارَهُمْ فِي الصَّلَاةِ، فَقَالَ :" لَتَنْتَهُنَّ أَوْ لَا تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْكُمْ أَبْصَارُكُمْ "
#623 Ismail bin Khalil informed us, Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, Al-A'mash informed us, from Al-Musayyib bin Rafi', from Tamim bin Tarafa, from Jabir bin Samurah, who said: The Prophet (pbuh) entered the mosque while they had raised their gazes in prayer, so he said: "You must desist, or your sight will not return to you."
