حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ مِنْ أَذَانِ الصُّبْحِ وَبَدَا الصُّبْحُ،صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقَامَ الصَّلَاةُ "
#765 Khalid bin Makhlad narrated to us, Malik narrated to us, on the authority of Nafi', on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet (pbuh), who said: The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) used to, when the Mu'adhin fell silent after the call to the Subh prayer and dawn had appeared, pray two light rak'ahs before the prayer was established.
